In October we posted an update on our YouTube about the Lawsuit against MCCEASE LLC that was filed by Florida disc golfer and shop owner, Trevor Toenjes. Since then there have been new filings and updated rulings from the court. We wanted to provide some analysis of these developments to the case and discuss the legal reasoning behind them.
