White male, early 40's, answers to the name of James. Known to use advanced skills to radically change appearance and affect devastating destructive change to criminal and state organisations to further the aims of the British government. May try to evade contact using high performance cars, motorbikes and gyrocopter. Appears to be immune to punches, bullets and possibly ship to shore barrages of high explosives.
