In this podcast series, Spill The Tea with Womenkind Collective, we’ll dive into topics impacting our health and well-being, featuring extraordinary women who are raising their voices for positive change, and our guest today is certainly helping to raise a positive change, ADHD coach, Sarah West.

Sarah is an inspiring advocate for those navigating ADHD, she spent years struggling with connection and a series of diagnoses before discovering that undiagnosed ADHD was at the root of her challenges. After two decades as an NHS nurse, her ADHD diagnosis and work with a coach transformed her life. Now, as a qualified ADHD coach herselfSarah supports others through challenges like work, menopause, and parenting. Her story is one of resilience and empowerment, and we’re thrilled to have her share her insights with us today.

We chat about double sleeping in the Middle Ages, anyone fancy getting up at midnight to bake bread and clean the house? Jinty investigates our ancient circadian rhythm. There’s comments, a WI (weekly invitation) and a little bit of inspiration to send you off with for the week.

It’s an episode brimming with chat and all the usual sweary shenanigans! So, go and get the kettle on and settle in for our weekly collective chat while we spill the tea!
