The FIA (Formula 1's governing body) have announced some absolutely baffling rule changes to the International Sporting Code, which have introduced some insane guidelines for breaches to the rules in an apparent attempt to govern what the drivers can and can't say, swearing and a hard stance on keeping the sport neutral. We're here with our reaction to the new rules and the alarming precedent being set by the FIA President.
