It's no surprise that we're all experiencing extreme amounts of stress at a time like this. Human beings don't like uncertainty, in fact, we do everything we can to reduce uncertainty as much as we can through various strategies. But what happens when we don't have the strategies we need to succeed at reducing uncertainty? We turn to coping mechanisms. In this episode, I discuss why uncertainty causes so much stress and different ways we try to reduce it. I also talk about using exercise and nutrition as a coping mechanism, and put an emphasis on body neutrality over body positivity.
