The Buddies begin the episode by exploring the new world they randomly teleported to whilst escaping a battle they might have sort of had a hand in starting between Tadrian and the Vanta creatures. After wandering aimlessly for some time they encounter a large wheelbarrow wielding imbecile who guides them to a marvelous banquet that just so happens to be a meeting of none other than the much hyped council of mayors.
