Investing in yourself can feel scary.
We're our own harshest critic, so spending money on our growth sometimes feels like a gamble. If you're heading out into the unknown of a new career or expanding your current knowledge, your education is so important.
When I started my coaching career, I had no idea how to get started.
I was afraid of failure, but also I was scared of success at the same time. I felt very stuck.
I knew I had to start making moves because I could not be stuck forever. I didn't want to go back to making $10 an hour at the yoga studio. I went all in, and the return on investment I received was unbelievable.
