In this episode, Tatum Green shares the life and legacy of her son, Timothy Jacob “TJ” Green, who was diagnosed with Trisomy 18 and spent 56 miraculous days on earth before going to be with Jesus. Tatum shares about the challenges that arose with guiding her toddler son, Sam, through the diagnosis and loss of his baby brother and about the inspiration behind Where Did TJ Go? A Book for Kids on Grief and Loss, written by her sister, Annie F. Downs. We talk about helping children process grief and how she hopes the book will give other families a biblical resource to support them through the loss of a baby. We talk about parenting after loss, walking with kids through grief, and the unshakable hope we have in Jesus.

Tatum Green is wife to Jacob and mother to Sam and TJ. She and her husband met on the mission field 10 years ago, and now lead a missions training community outside of Atlanta. Tatum has walked through four miscarriages, a failed IVF, and the loss of her infant son, TJ. After walking through four miscarriages, a failed IVF, and the loss of TJ, Tatum holds tightly to the hope of Jesus and the truth that our time here is short, but eternity with Him is forever.
