I recently got hit with a huge reminder and I'd love for that NOT to happen for you in the way it did for me.

In this episode of the Bounce Out of Bed Podcast, I’m diving into the idea of slowing down to move forward confidently. Recording from the peaceful landscapes of Western Australia, I’ll be sharing how taking a moment to pause for applause can make a big difference in your journey.
