During covid, Anthony, today’s Better Man Podcast guest, was furloughed from his job and spent his days doing nothing other than playing video games.
But then, his Husky was more excited than most days, and this kickstarted a chain reaction in Anthony’s mind: His dog was going crazy because he lacked exercise. And so was Anthony.
Despite never having a formal fitness regimen, Anthony started walking. Then he found Man Flow Yoga. To date, he’s lost 75 pounds and actually looks forward to his next workout.
