A former celebrity musician name Neon Sakura attempts to reclaim their glory. Living on the streets, addicted to synthetic cocaine, has taken a toll on Neon, but with their trusty and most loyal fan, Zezz, Neon has a chance to redeem themselves.
After an odd, yet familiar meeting with a stranger, they fall head-first into a conspiracy that goes way deeper than they could have ever believed.
