Harold Shipman was a well respected doctor working in England during the 70's, 80's, and 90's. However Harold's career took a quick turn when a fellow hospital employee began to take notice of the unusually large number of cremation forms that Harold was submitting for approval. A futher investigation revealed that Harold had an outrageously large death rate, specifically among his older female patients, that had gone unnoticed for years.
