Back in 2022, I had…a very wild week.
Not an unusual thing for me; it wasn’t my first, nor was it anywhere near my last. But after this particular week, I sat down and shared some thoughts about building your business with the expectation that life is going to happen…something many business owners don’t necessarily consider.
One of my favorite nuggets from this message?
“Act in optimism, but plan in pessimism.”
AKA, act as if everything will go according to plan…but plan as if nothing will go according to plan.
