Dr. Neeta Bhushan is a world-renowned emotional health advocate and expert in the areas of grit and resilience. She has shared her thought leadership on international stages, as host of her popular podcast The Brave Table and in her international best-selling books, including Emotional GRIT: 8 Steps to Master Your Emotions, Transform Your Thoughts, and Change Your World. Dr. Neeta sold her million-dollar cosmetic dentistry practice so that she could instead help people activate their inner wisdom. As part of her own journey to becoming a leader in her field and a voice for women, she traveled across 45 countries researching human behavior, ancient eastern philosophy and therapeutic psychology. That learning, along with other life experiences including being orphaned at a young age, surviving an abusive marriage and extensive loss, contributed to her powerful message of resilience & grit. Dr. Neeta lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband and two children.

Why cacao? As an excellent alternative to coffee, cacao is rich in theobromine, a native relative to caffeine. Theobromine's heart-opening effects energize the body and elevate the mood. Third Eye Cacao is organically grown, hand picked and sun-dried. Just boil water— Third Eye Cacao is easy enough for your morning ritual, and pure enough to be used for cacao ceremonies! (Check out Ep. 40 with Third Eye Founder, Neil Ryan Dumra).
