1 Print out your calendar and write everything out
2 Plan out what is for dinner (Need some idea’s? Debbie’s got you covered, send me an email and I’ll forward it along)
3 Make a shopping list
4 Cook, deliver and eat!
5 Reflect, write down on the Calander what worked well and what you would change.
