In honor up the upcoming Ironman Santa Rosa, today's bonus episode is the first of a few guided meditations to help with pre-race jitters many of us get before race day. Though many of us put the long hours of training in, recovery and tapering can be overlooked. This meditation is designed to put your body in a relaxed state, notice and let go of worries, visualize your race, connect to the deeper reasons you race- aka the "why," and be ready to rock when the cannon fires before the swim start.
