The initial lawsuit was announced back in November against Diddy and singer, Aaron Hall. She accused the two of sexually assaulting her in 1990 when she was just 16 and highly intoxicated. In a now amended complaint, Gardner has added DeVanté Swing into the bunch as a co-defendant. She claims the R&B group member was present at Aaron Hall's home where she was allegedly assaulted. Not only was he at the home, but in the actual room when it happened, according to her.
Gardner's claim is that Swing stood and watched without interruption as Diddy "forcefully" raped her after pulling her underwear aside.
