Hey, true crime friends! The next case in the Hulu and ABC docuseries, Death in the Dorms, is the murder of University of Miami student and rising star linebacker, Marlin Barnes.
On April 13, 1996, Marlin Barnes and his friend Timwankia
Lumpkins went out to a party at the Salvation Club. When they leave to go back to Marlin’s apartment they realize their car’s tires have been slashed. After being dropped off by the tow truck driver, the two were brutally and viciously murdered.
