I'm 14 weeks postpartum, breast and bottle feeding, and feeling great. I'm not going to lie, the first 2 months were bruuuuutal. But by keeping meals simple and prioritizing movement (days after the baby sleeps), I'm feeling fit and healthy again!


New moms- I hope these strategies and ideas help other you feel your best. Don't overcomplicate things, move when you can, and don't use being postpartum or breastfeeding as a reason to eat junk that doesn't make you feel good. Normalize living healthy pp!
