Psychic attack is another name given to “negative” energy being directed towards and/or focused on you. It can take place on a physical, mental and emotional level. Jinxes, hexes and curses are certainly a form of psychic attacks. Although there are many complicated rituals and preparations one can do to ensure the psychic attack does carry out, it can be as simple as a thought and intention.
