Today’s episode is a self care Sunday special! On this special self care Sunday, I wanted to expand on the idea of using our Rest as an Act of Resistance in a culture that benefits from our stress, confusion and misalignment with ourselves. I touch on ways to incorporate ways to Destress and energetically release daily so that we can stay calm in spirit and at peace within ourselves. Rest not only helps with our stress, it also helps with our judgement, intuition, responses, relationships, health, etc. Nothing can flow from a stressed source without causing more chaos.
