Many people look to the brain to manage brain fog but the truth is, it starts in your gut. When the lining of the gut is compromised giving off symptoms like bloat, constipation, gas, diarrhea and pain, then the gut is leaky. This means the lining is permeable and undigested food and particles can get into the bloodstream. Once this happens the blood brain barrier is breached. This is when someone will see brain fog and it can look like memory issues, forgetfulness, lack of focus or extreme fatigue with even the smallest of exertion. There are any reason this occurs but today I’m diving into ONE shocking habit that most women do that contributes to their brain fog and how you can shift it to make life easier and much more clear.
