Marie Catrib's was a well known family restaurant in Grand Rapids for it's great Mediterranean food and loving community. Marie Catrib passed away a few years ago, and her son closed the restaurant a couple years later. Today we visit with her son, Fouad, as he shares one of her recipes in the kitchen of the old Marie Catrib's.
