A FOUR TIME Stanley Cup Champion who played 17 seasons in the NHL for 5 NHL teams, but is best known as an Edmonton Oiler where he won 3 Stanley Cups, spent two years as team Captain and in his post-playing days, 9 years as Head coach and 3 years as the Oilers General manager and VP of Hockey Operations. Among all-time Oilers, he ranks 4th in Short-handed goals, 7th in games played with 701, and holds the Oiler’s team record for playing in 518 consecutive games.
