Last week were discussing playing loud music when driving into an estate, we then received a message from Nazira...
"Good morning, a bit late our big debate is whether to buy a standalone house in a boomed off area or in an estate. Both have pros and cons. safety, more land and bang for your buck versus safety, community, restrictions and levies for life. Like I think levies is unsustainable long after we finishing paying the bond, there'll be a second bond called levies... I mean if levies are R5000 now what will they be in 10 year's time"
