On Lex Fridman’s podcast, Trump mentioned that he was up in all the swing states. The Harris campaign would say the same thing. You can take this to the bank: do not believe the polls. The point of polling numbers for the candidates is to fundraise, and the media will always put forward the polls that make the election look close. If the election were not close, nobody would be watching the news to stay up to date! The media controls the flow of information so they can have the horse race and rake in the money. The press is over-sampling Democrats and under-sampling Republicans. There’s a reason campaigns are not using the media polls. They don’t tell us anything true.

Mike Davis, founder of the Article III Project, expresses that he does not fear bar complaints or other lawfare attacks from the left. Davis gives the lay of the land on the lawfare President Donald Trump faces. Jack Smith keeps losing, but he keeps coming back for more.

John Schlafly, co-author of the Phyllis Schlafly Report, talks about their latest column San Francisco Shooting Highlights Kamala’s Policies. There’s a lot to talk about in Kamala Harris’s early years, and the record is just as radical as now. The results in San Francisco, John says, from her liberal ideology are the same that will happen nationwide. Americans should say no to putting her in the White House.
