This weekend, Chileans will again vote on whether or not to replace the country's constitution. The current one dates back to 1980 and the Pinochet dictatorship. The December 17 referendum is the second attempt to change the text. But for campaigners hoping for a more liberal document, with equal rights for women and Indigenous peoples, this new draft constitution is a big disappointment.
