Peter is a land flipper with a unique approach. Rather than sending mail and buying properties directly from private owners, he buys land from other land investors at a wholesale price. Then he sells those properties to other land investors at a higher price.
With this approach, he has successfully streamlined his acquisition process and increased the number of deals he can do without spending a lot of money on mail and other acquisition marketing costs.
