Amira Bowman just represented Marion County at the State's Distinguished Young Women Program. In typical fashion, Amira represented Marion County incredibly! Not only did she place in the Top 10 but more importantly to her, she was voted as the Spirit Award Winner by her fellow participants! It's no surprise to anyone that knows the daughter of JBow and Dr. Mikki Jo Leathers. Amira tells us about her experience in Lexington, her bonding with 31 other amazing young ladies from all around the state, and the amazing support she had!
