In today's episode, I sit down with sisters Caroline and Charlotte, both living with Type 1 diabetes. We discuss the challenges they faced after being diagnosed at different stages of life and how having each other to share ideas made managing their Diabetes significantly easier. Each sister has a distinct approach to managing her condition: Charlotte uses a traditional insulin pump with a closed-loop system, while Caroline utilizes a DIY system. Both women highlight the importance of having a strong support system, emphasizing that it doesn't matter what type of management you choose as long as it works for you!
