Bernie Hems talks to Mark Burns who has been running the Building Young Men Mentoring Program, with Dylan Bagnell, one of the Year 10 participants in the program.
The Program is an 16 week program based on the traditional Rights of Passage concept of Separation/ Challenge/ Return, recently run for the second time in Kiama with 15 Year 10 students from Kiama High School, partnered with 9 mentors of different ages and backgrounds.
