Jeevan Singh (she/they) is a queer, Punjabi-Ecuadorian-Puerto Rican mother, poet, doctor of traditional East Asian medicine and mindfulness based somatic practitioner. In today's conversation, Jeevan and Josie discuss getting in touch with your soma in the context of resolving trauma, as well as exploring grief.
