She is deeply passionate about making connections between Judaism, emotional well-being, and current events, which lay the foundations for her writings and teachings. She lives in Northern California with her husband and five children.
Chassidus, (Chassidut, Hebrew) refers to the teachings and philosophy of the Chassidic movement, a spiritual and mystical approach to Judaism that began in the 18th century with the leadership of Rabbi Israel Baal Shem Tov. It is both a way of life and a body of thought that emphasizes connection to God, joy, and the sanctity of every aspect of existence.
