This week I talk to two of the premier booking agents in the industry -- Karl Morse and Ethan Berlin of Arrival Artists. Arrival was founded in 2020 and after only five years, now represents over 300 artists, including many of the biggest touring acts around. Karl and Ethan talk to me about many of the ins-and-outs of what it means to get artists on stages and touring across the country and the world. It's a massive endeavor, and these guys are at the top of their game. We talk about how they both got started in the industry, and we delve into some of the major challenges they face in this extremely complex landscape. It's a compelling and interesting world, and the ultimate result -- getting bands in venues, playing music for their fans -- is what we all love.
