Before diving into my healing from chronic illness series, I wanted to put out something to show support for Palestine given the horrific recent (and ongoing, and historical) actions of Israel.
So, I am reposting the episode* I did with activist Jacob Z back in 2021 with an epilogue update, which starts at 1:16:30, to give an update on the situation and calls to action and additional resources for those who want to help.

Calls to Action
- Attend demonstrations.
- Contact (email) representatives.
- If in a union, have union endorse ceasefire.
- Engage in disruptive action (blocking arms shipments, etc.).
- Boycott businesses that support Israel.
- Join a solidarity organization.
- Never vote for Israel-supporting politicians.
- Never stop talking about how fucked up this is.
