William’s childhood appeared normal and uneventful until around the age of 17, when things began to take a darker turn and he started accumulating a criminal record.
As an adult his behavior spiraled further, leading him into a life of serious crimes. For years, he managed to evade justice despite being involved in increasingly heinous acts.
