We frequently hear the word bandied around by politicians, leaders and sports coaches in reference to collective values.
But, as individuals, how much time and energy do we tend to allocate to deep reflection about what our personal values are, and what priority we assign to them?
Given their critical importance in our lives … shockingly little!
