Gail Muller describes herself as an adventurer, writer and speaker with a side order of overcoming chronic illness. Gail was told she would be in a wheelchair by the age of forty but At forty-one, she embarked on one of the world’s toughest treks – The Appalachian Trail. Gail shares her account of this adventure in her book Unlost and I had the provilidge of chatting to Gail about her inspirational story and am so happy to share it with you today
