Our guest today studies the habits of the most successful people, in order to learn about their habits and best practices. I’m excited to have her here with us today to hear what she has learned from studying everyone from astronauts to athletes, so that we might optimize our own success.

Dr. Ruth Gotian is the Chief Learning Officer and Assistant Professor of Education in Anesthesiology, former Assistant Dean of Mentoring, and Executive Director of the Mentoring Academy at Weill Cornell Medicine. (Wile)
