Sarah Remmer is an award-winning registered dietitian with almost 20 years of experience, a mom of 3 and the proud founder and President of The Centre for Family Nutrition, a Canada-wide nutrition counselling practice that specializes in child and family nutrition.
She's also a published author, speaker, and narrator, and has spent a lot of her time creating nutrition content for parents, caregivers, teachers and other health professionals, developing recipes, and presenting on topics related to nutrition and feeding.
