For the past 20 years, Vicki Blight has used her skills on the radio to the fullest - launching stations such as Heart 106 in Nottingham and Virgin Radio Pride, becoming a talk jock on Century 106 and BBC Radio Wales and presenting at National Level on BBC Radio 1.

In this weeks edition, Vicki sits down with Luke to reflect on her 20 year career and how she built contacts within the industry - from getting her big break on Red Dragon, before moving to Nottingham to join Century 106 and becoming a launch presenter on Heart 106. To becoming a National name on BBC Radio 1, before moving over to Absolute Radio. Returning back to Wales to join BBC Radio Wales and diving into Sports broadcasting. Launching Virgin Radio Pride and what it is like to take on the role of Producer on the Early Breakfast Show for BBC Radio 2.
