The healthcare industry as a whole is at a perilous moment in countries all over the world, with a mass exodus of clinicians who are feeling burnout, declining patient outcomes and a rapidly changing patient demographic.
While a pivot is needed, we cannot lose sight of our core purpose in healthcare - caring for and healing the sick. To do this, we need leaders who understand healthcare operations comprehensively and design technology to optimize these operations.
