This was an agency talk I gave at Agency live last October. It was probably the most vulnerable and candid I’ve been about the journey of agency ownership over 2022 and 2023. I hope what you take away today is that you’re resilient, you’re given ideas, and you’ll know when it’s time to throwin the towel.
