This is a very special episode where I asked my client Alysondra Duke to share her story of building an incredible life of empowerment, self-love, expansion, and conscious relating. Alysondra has come from a life that has not been easy - a tough childhood with less than ideal caregiving that led to relational wounding that impacted her adult relationships.
