Sometimes we gotta give ourselves the time and space we need to be super present and engaged during seasons of change. There is definitely not enough talk out there in the world about what it is like as a parent to move your first kid off to college, so we are going to chat about that a little bit today, as well as some things I learned in the process I would like to share with you!
