This week’s drink: The Last Laugh via Difford’s Guide
INGREDIENTS:
- ⅔ oz London dry gin
- ⅔ oz Green Chartreuse (or other herbal liqueur)
- ⅔ oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- ⅔ oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 oz Cava sparkling wine
- Garnish: lime zest twist
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Shake first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled flute glass
- Top with Cava

Floral Kiwi Gin Fizz via @kristiwithatwist (that Kayla can’t stop talking about)
Ingredients:
- 1 kiwi, cut into small cubes
- 2 oz gin
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz lime juice
- ⅔ oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- Club soda
Instructions:
- Add kiwi, simple syrup, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker and muddle
- Add St. Germain and gin. Add ice and shake.
- Double strain over ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a kiwi slice.

Gin Eyre via Tequila Mockingbird
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 fresh mint springs, washed
- 2 oz English Gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 ½ tsp granulated sugar
- 2 dashes orange bitters
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, tearing mint leaves first
- Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass
