INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and orange bitters.
- Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to chill and properly mix the ingredients.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch.
