In this episode, we spoke with Fabiola Campbell, the Founder of Professional Migrant Women, an organisation that aims to bring visibility and representation of professional migrant women to corporate Australia. With Fabiola we discussed about the issues that migrant people, especially women, face in Australia. We talked about the importance of networking, the recruiting process, the contributions of professional migrant women to Australian society and its economy and much more.

Originally from Venezuela, Fabiola moved to Australia in the early 2000s after graduating as a Criminologist. However, she faced challenges securing a professional job during her first three years in Australia, and that difficult experience motivated her to establish Professional Migrant Women in 2019.
