On this weeks episode Kelly continues the theme around death and how it affects us as individuals as well as a wider family.
Kelly is joined by a Making Miracles counsellor, Alison. Together Kelly and Alison discuss how we deal with grief as a Nation and how extremely important it is not to suppress your emotions while grieving as those feelings will eventually come out it different ways.
Alison also shares experiences of cultural differences in death and how she was moved by the people in the Caribbean and their mass community support through grief. She saw how a whole new strength in people and families that we can all learn from.
Alison also reflects on her own losses and how she dealt with the loss of her Mum and then welcoming her first grandchild into the world.
Kelly opens up about the important work and services MM provide grieving families and this has all come from listening to those in grief.
