Breath brings in Prana, the basic psychic energy of the Universe. Breath relieves stress and negative emotions. Breath has several components:
1. Breath in and out through the nose.
2. Progressive fill from bottom to top.
3. Breathe in and out 4:4 slow rythem.
4. Tongue on roof of mouth.
5. Letting-go on the exhale.
6. Connected Breath.
